| Twenty three year old SVN about to start Level 3 of the NVQ in Small Animal Veterinary Nursing. I am in my third year on the veterinary nursing science degree at Harper Adams University College and am in need of a practice to employ me until the end of my placement year in Easter 2011 (when I have to return to university for eight weeks to sit my finals and present my dissertation). I have a wide range of experience having worked within a range of veterinary practices since I was seventeen. I also have a lot of animal handling experience having worked with the usual companion animals, exotics, equine and farm lifestock. I am hard working, quick to learn, have a sharp sense of humour, can build client and collegue relationships easily and am flexible, so have no problem doing weekends, out of hours and overtime if needed. I have a keen interest in laboratory work, nursing clinics and exotics. |
